Elite Performance Training
Designed For Baseball Players
Welcome Frank Velasquez to All American Baseball
Our Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is built specifically for baseball players and designed with long-term athletic development in mind.
The program itself was created by Frank Velasquez, ATC, CSCS, RSCC*E, who brings more than 30 years of experience in sports medicine and performance, including extensive work with professional and Major League Baseball players.
Frank’s role is building and overseeing the structure, philosophy, and progression of the program to ensure players are training with purpose, safely, and appropriately for their age and development.
Benefits of Baseball-Specific Strength & Speed Training
- Reduce Injury Risk – Build durability, improve mobility, and reduce the risk of common baseball-related injuries.
- Better Movement Efficiency – Move more effectively through improved balance, coordination, body control, and mechanics.
- Long-Term Athletic Development – Establish movement patterns, strength, and habits that benefit athletes well beyond a single season.
- Increased Bat Speed & Exit Velocity – Generate more power and produce harder contact at the plate.
- Improved Throwing Velocity – Develop strength, stability, and force production throughout the entire kinetic chain.
- Faster Sprint Speed – Improve acceleration, first-step quickness, and overall athleticism.
- Build Confidence – Players who feel stronger, faster, and more prepared tend to play with greater confidence and compete more aggressively.
Kinetic Chain Assessment (KCA)
Kinetic Chain Assessment (KCA) will cover from head to toes looking to identify areas of restriction, laxity, weakness and strength. Will receive Home Exercise Programs (HEPs) to do between strength training sessions at AAB. The HEPs will include low intensity exercises that will correct all asymmetries found during the KCA as well as enhance arm care for the player.
*Middle School and High School 1st month includes a Kinetic Chain Assessment and Performance Test
